Full description of the position

Position Summary

Our Concierge Agents provide Best-In-Class service to all members and guests! With the select few agents who are hand-picked for this position, you are entering an exclusive role as the last point of contact before our members/guests go on vacation. Prior to vacationing, our team members contact existing members/guests to assist with the planning of their vacation needs. Our call center representatives have taken care of the beginning details – taking payments, getting the reservation taken care of, etc. The Concierge Agents have the FUN part – customizing dream vacations. Whether you assist our very first members who have proven loyalty time and time again or our brand-new members, barely getting to experience the luxury our resorts offer – As part of our Concierge team, you will provide first-class to service to all members and guests! We are seeking, highly energized, confident, and motivated professionals to create incredible experiences for our valued clients. The right candidate for this position loves to be challenged, strives to attain goals, and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service!

Pay Information

$14-$23 hourly (inclusive of commissions) – Top performers earn bonuses over $1,000+ WEEKLY! Commission potential is uncapped!

Essential Functions

  • Service inbound & outbound calls to members to confirm their arrival information.
  • Assist with reservations needs when required.
  • Serve as a personal concierge and point of contact for assigned leads.
  • Educate members on amenities, activities, products, and services offered at each resort.
  • Effectively manage assigned leads and ensure calls are done in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Process payments for all sales made.
  • Responsible for accurate data entry.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • 1-year Call Center experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bilingual (English – Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian)
