We are a local Allstate Agency looking for a Licensed Sales Producer to join our team!

Seeking a customer-focused individual, sales experience a plus. We offer training and compensation potential based on performance. The right candidate will have the desire to help others while expanding their knowledge of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through inbound calls, cross-selling and provided leads
• Advise customers of coverage recommendations based on their needs
• Assist customers by servicing policies
• Maintain positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

• Property and Casualty Insurance License required
• Sales and/or insurance experience a plus
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
