Venture Backed Miami based Tech StartUp seeking a Corporate Trainer. We are seeking an intelligent, hard working individual with high character and a desire to learn.
This role will report to our beautiful Downtown Miami Office.
TempMee is a Platform that connects Licensed Dental Professionals with Dental Offices in need of temporary & full time help through an on-demand web and mobile platform (Think Uber for Staffing).

Responsibilities include:
- 3-5+ yrs relevant experience with direct L&D and training experience, proficient with facilitation and classroom style adult learning methodologies
- Experience with blended learning tools and continuously updating/integrating updated methodologies and tactics
- Assist with creating learn and development content across the organization
- Partnering with leadership in all departments to develop and delivery appropriate training materials
- Implement ongoing continuing education
- Experience with blended learning tools and following a continuously updating and integrating updated methodologies and tactics
- Facilitate learning sessions, new hire learning sessions
- Liaison between leadership team and the individual business contributors
- Focusing on the adult learning principles, best practices while staying current trends
- Split time between content creation and delivering said content across the organization and to a wide spectrum of audiences and learning styles
- Report on training class wins and scorecard to ensure feedback loop is beneficial for all new hires
- Sales Experience is a preferred
