POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the SVP of Supply Chain & Business Development, this role will be responsible for providing strategic operations analysis in tracking and reporting sand production for our Northeast and West Texas Business Units. The Sales Analyst gathers, compiles, and analyzes inventory by working closely with the sales and production teams, inventory coordinators, production planners, shipping managers, customer service and logistics coordinators to identify trends, errors, and missing data. Must be able to create alternate depictions of data to identify and highlight issues; summarize findings in summary reports and confidently relay and communicate critical information to internal and external customers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Utilize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and prescribed guidelines and policies.
- Work with internal and external customers to develop & maintain an accurate demand forecast.
- Measure and report forecast accuracy. Forecast monthly sales volumes, by customer, and reconcile variances between forecasted results to actual performance by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide valuable insight.
- Partners with Sales team to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations.
- Provides Loadout reports or other reports as requested by customers.
- Prepare and disseminate daily report highlighting site & customer performance.
- Prepare customer reports and other analytics to help our customers improve their trucking efficiencies for all OnCore locations.
- Provides weekly regional activity/statistical summary reports to the Customer Service and Sales team.
- Monitor and report on significant variances between forecast, actuals, & budgets.
- Coordinate & partner with site personnel to streamline and optimize activity through the facilities.
- Provide input to the development of inventory policies and parameters.
- Together with the finance department, work with customers to ensure billing and other information is processed timely and efficiently.
- Ensures frequent communication with key team members to relay information, solutions, successes, and opportunities.
- Provide consistent communication of market and account knowledge throughout Hi-Crush with appropriate functional groups necessary to capture business.
- Develop, track, maintain and distribute detailed market information, trends, and issues pertaining to specific customer accounts for management.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain or other related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 2 years’ related experience in Business Analyst or Operations Analyst, prior oilfield service sector experience is highly desirable.
- Strong data analytics experience with advanced computer skills required. Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Technical fluency and enthusiastic about technology and how it can be leveraged to improve financial profitability and improve customer experience.
- Capable of being successful in an emerging industry and business with relevant experience in defining and establishing processes and solutions.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to transform data analytics into action, resulting in a positive impact to Hi-Crush and its customers.
- Proficient with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, ERP systems and the Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally and at various levels, within Hi-Crush and at customer organizations.
- Ability to work well in a matrixed environment, interacting with both business development and operations teams, as well as maintaining close communications with the customer to represent the customer’s needs effectively.
- Must be willing to travel, this includes traveling to field and client corporate locations.
- Excellent communicator, listener, and collaborator with strong interpersonal and written/oral communications skills.
- Strong detail orientation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in compelling and concise manner.
