Experienced E-commerce Sales Specialist
Fast-growing online retailer is looking for an E-commerce Sales Specialist who has at least TWO years related experience. This position offers Significant room for growth, and chance to take on an impressive amount of responsibility.

★Job Duties:

• Operational tasks including online products integration, control, management, logistics follow-up (Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces; monitor competitive listings and pricing on all marketplaces). Very experienced with ChannelAdvisor, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc. online marketplaces, dropship, 1P vendor central, Amazon marketing services, sponsored products; and familiar with company's own e-commerce website setup and maintenance.

• Supervision of online customer service, CRM. Provide back-up to Customer Service by reviewing and responding to customer service related issues through telephone, written and emailed correspondence. Elaboration of a monthly follow-up that measures the client satisfaction.

• Analyze current business trends and propose ideas to increase traffic and sales. Analyze customer behavior on the site, including customer navigation, on-site search, checkout flow, etc. Present suggestions and ideas to increase conversion, AOS and overall customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email) .

• Create, oversee and respond to all affiliate marketing, social media, retargeting and paid search campaign and administrative needs. Experience with SEO, Affiliate Programs, Google Analytics, PPC, Linkshare or Commission Junction, Paid Search Accounts, Comparison Shopping Engines, and other e-commerce related digital marketing channels.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

★Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and up preferred.

• TWO years E-commerce (ChannelAdvisor, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Company Website Design and Setup, SEO, etc.) related experience preferred.

• Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc, experience of PHP, Wordpress, HTML, MySQL, CSS, Javascript preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Superb attention to details. Ability to follow-up and follow through.

• Outstanding time-management, planning, and administrative skills and has ability to organize and prioritize workload.

• Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit, outgoing character and positive attitude; high degree of energy, detail-oriented, self-motivation, and flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
