Our successful State Farm Agency located in Marietta, GA is growing!!! We are hiring and seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Bilingual sales professional to join our winning team on the sales side of our business. As a valued member of the Janis Mosley- State Farm Agency Team, you will be focused on quoting and binding new auto and home insurance product sales in support of our growth initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make an impact, and is sales driven, as there is potential to make additional commissions and bonuses while employed at my agency. We’re looking for someone with heart who wants to make a difference in the community and grow with us!

Responsibilities

● Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

● Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

● Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

● Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

● Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

● Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

● Generating insurance quotes.

● Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.

● Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold- calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

● A Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred but will train the right candidate.

● Sales/Service experience in an office/ agency environment

● Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

● Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

● Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

● Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

● Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

● Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

● Confident, self-starter who works well independently and has excellent interpersonal skills

● Must be highly self-motivated and have a career minded vision.

● Driven and goal-oriented individual with a problem solving mentality

● Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

$17 per hour
