Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting customer service professionals with experience in the furniture industry. Our client is a leader in the furniture industry and is looking for a Client Services & Account Manager. This person will be interactive with clients, support a territory sales representative and manage order entry processes.
Hours: M-F, 7:45 to 4:45, with a one-hour lunch.
Pay: $36,000 - $40,000 a year

Client Services & Account Manager duties
- Processing customer orders or accounts that include generate deposit invoices, monitor payments, generate BOL's & acknowledge shipments
- Answer Phones, Emails, Pack and Send Sales Tools and handle all customer and sales rep concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Customer Orders for Receipt of COM and to Confirm Fabric Application.
- Maintain, Reorder and Approve Requests for Finish/Fabric Samples.
- Issue Purchase Orders to vendors
- Place Job PO's, Kit PO's, Stock PO's and Prepare Vendor Invoices for Payment.
- Effectively communicate with customers and sales reps to ensure adequate flow of information, including product, order changes, and reports.
- During Furniture Market’s and customer visits, able to assist with requests from management. All hands on deck mentality, able to anticipate showroom needs and housekeeping.
- Flexible and able to prioritize the needs of the company and represent the common goal.
- All other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred, plus one to three years of related experience in the furniture industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses.
