- Full Time Sales Consultant at Terry Labonte Chevrolet- Driving an integral role in the customer experience, you will be trained to process new or used vehicle sales at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Automotive experience is NOT required. We're looking for teammates with a passion for customer service and a DRIVE TO WIN.

Pre-Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory work experience in retail sales/customer service.
Environment/Physical Demands:
- Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Heavy standing work. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
What Our Sales Consultants Do:
- Meets dealership sales goals.
- Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
- Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
- Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
- Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
- Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engages in business development.
- Addresses customer concerns.
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
- Continuously improves through feedback.
