Our Counter Sales Team is that friendly face, knowledgeable about products, answering our customers' questions, and ready to pull their orders to get them on their way to help their customers. We're excited to help each one of our customers with energetic and talented people like you!

Great first Shift Schedule & Pay

Monday-Friday

7:00 AM- 5:00 PM (40 Hours weekly +5 hours of Overtime) (1 Hour Lunch)

$18.00 Per Hour / Paid Weekly

Job Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
• Assisting customers by taking orders, pulling items, and billing them accordingly
• Handling customer warranty claims and credit returns
• Assisting customers in loading products/materials into their vehicles when necessary
• Accurately entering sales orders into our Sales Order Entry System
• Stocking merchandise, facing shelves, organizing products
• Assisting in inventory counts

Requirements:

• Must have computer skills proficiency and have the ability to learn our parts management software
• Must possess good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of customers over the telephone and in person
• Must be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds on a routine basis.
• Must be able to attend to details accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
