A Long Island-based glass fabrication company is looking for someone who has inside sales experience especially in the glass industry. If you are an energetic, motivated self-starter and ready to expand your career in the glass and window industry, please send us your resume or work experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00pm - 5:00pm.

Job duties will include:

• Performing data entries of orders or quotes, checking materials availability, shipping, and coordinating until invoicing.
• Manages the release of orders to the production to ensure on-time scheduled delivery.
• Ensures accurate information between sales, production, and customers.
• Maintains a frequent channel of communication with customers
• On-time and ready to go at shift start
• Full time
• Willingness to grow with our new company.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the glass fabrication order lifecycle is a Plus
• PC proficiency such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Quickbook
• Written, verbal, and listening skills. Clear, concise communication style in both English or (Chinese) Mandarin
• Time management skills to prioritize workload and multiple deadlines
