PURCOR Pest Services (a brand of CertusPest) is seeking and Inside Sales Specialist/Call Center Sales Representative to work onsite in our Henderson, NV location.     What does our Inside Sales Specialists/Call Center Sales Representatives do?

    You will play a key role in building and developing relationships with prospective customers by working with them to identify their needs and translating those needs into a solutions based recommendation based on our products and services. You will also:

    • Prospect and develop new business through inbound (and some outbound) calling, following up on assigned leads, closing sales and achieving sales targets
    • Communicate with potential customers to understand customers’ needs and explain products and services
    • Achieve sales performance objectives through prospecting new business and qualifying assigned leads
    • Develop a daily schedule of productive activity from creative sources and qualified leads
    • Winback - Follow up with past/inactive customers to rebuild the relationship.
    • Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing your training to decide on the most efficient pest solution for each customer
    • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of products and services, as well as competitor activities
    • Via the Phone, present customers with solutions by speaking intelligently about products and services, answering questions, explaining the process, and discussing and aligning on expectations
    • Upsell products and services to existing or prospective customers.
    • Manage and respond to Online Sales prompted through website
    • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.

    What do you need to be successful?

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 6-12 months of Customer Service required
    • Inside Sales Experience preferred
    • Experience in the Pest Control Industry highly attractive, but not required
    • Must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
    • Must enjoy building rapport and trust with customers that lead to lasting customer engagement
    • Must possess strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
    • Must be computer literate
