LHH is seeking 2 Sales Support Specialists for a women owned business in the product distribution industry! This is a direct hire position paying up to $22hr. Job Details:

• What they do: Janitorial Products Distributor
• Direct Hire
• $18-$22/Hour (will be hourly position)
• M-F 8-5pm (can be flexible with hours if needed)
• Current Location: Indianapolis, IN (Near old airport)
• Moving to new office in Brownsburg, IN 46112 May 2023
• After 6 months of on-site training, will be able to WFH for 1 day/week

Qualifications:

• Customer service or Sales Support experience
• Some sort of transactional experience
• Basic proficiency with Excel
• Experience with an ERP would be helpful
• Ability to learn internal systems, tech savvy

Responsibilities:

• Primary function is providing sales support to Sales Rep
• Enter purchase orders, admin support, etc.
• Handle incoming calls from customers:
• Enter online orders
• Provide delivery estimates
• Change orders via phone
• Download and transfer data into ERP and Excel
• Answer questions about product catalogue
