Experience

• Allstate, State Farm or Farmers sales experience (preferred)
• 1+ years experience in customer service (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service activity including phone calls, texts, and emails
• Handle customer service needs such a renewals, billing and policy concerns
• Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 40-hour workweek

Total compensation which includes base pay plus bonuses can range from $42,000-$60,000
