Counter Sales Position: Individual needed to provide sales support to customers at the retail counter. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: *Assist customers placing orders *Obtain quotes for special orders *Solicit customers to open a new account with Joyner Lumber *Facilitate scheduling of deliveries *Answer phone inquiries Successful candidate will possess a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers as well as an ability to work well with others in a team environment. Knowledge of lumber and building materials preferred but will train the right individual. Come work for a family business with great employees that have been serving customers in Polk County for nearly seventy years. This is a full time position. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, offering benefits and paid holidays. Vacation time available after first year of employment. $15/BOE could be higher.
