Title company is ambitious and energetic Business Development Associates in the Miami, Broward and West Palm Beach territories to join our growing team. This individual will manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long term partnerships.This process will include cold calling, attending events, gathering leads, and using your contacts in order to gain more clients for our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sells Title, Escrow services to local and national Real Estate and Lending Community.
• Responsible for selling products and services through networking and sales activities inside and outside of the normal place of business.
• Travels to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a referral pipeline of realtors and mortgage brokers
• Arrange & attend meetings with prospects
• Manage a high volume of contacts in our CRM
• Ability to cold call on prospective clients, via phone, email or any general communication method.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a business development/sales role
• Existing, portable book of business (preferred)
• Strong phone sales skills, including cold calling
• Experience using a CRM to track & record all communications
• Demonstrated ability to follow up with prospects to convert relationships into closings
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Plantation, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mortgage servicing: 1 year (Preferred)
