Now Hiring - Property Manager in Rochester, MN

We are looking for a Property Manager for one of our properties in Rochester, MN. Student housing experience is preferred. The ideal candidates have strong leasing skills, experience in Yardi software, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Perform all property-manager duties
Ensure financial performance of this asset through adherence to budgeted financial goals
Field inquiries from applicants and residents
Qualify applicants by submitting information for background checks, obtaining rental references and verifying income
Perform lease renewals and scheduled rent increases in a timely manner
Oversee capital needs and daily ongoing maintenance needs of the property including maintenance staff

• Experience as a successful Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is required.
• Experience with student housing experience preferred.
• Computer literate – experience with YARDI preferred, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and using the Internet to troubleshoot problems required.
• Compliance experience preferred.
• High achiever, self motivated to achieve budgetary, occupancy, and collections goals.
• Strong interpersonal and Management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and people skills.
• The ability to perform accurate mathematical computations.
• High level of customer service with the ability to resolve applicant and resident issues.
