We are a family owned and operated insurance agency since 1997. Our goal is to help protect and improve the financial lives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and positive about helping people with their insurance needs.

The Associate Agent will be the first person our customers see when they walk in the door and often the first person they speak with on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Take payments
• Make changes to insurance policies
• Quote P&C customers
• Troubleshoot and answer billing questions
• Ability to make and receive Many calls daily
• Help customers enter claims and answer questions about claims
• Cross sale current customers for opportunities
• Provide insurance reviews and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Dependable and professional
• Able to work 8am-5pm (one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks)
• Courteous, Passionate, Polite, Absurdly Positive
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that necessitates multitasking
• Coachable, flexible, and thoughtful
• P&C Licensed highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
