Licensed Community Association Manager duties to include financial management & budgeting, oversee preparation of financial reports & statements, identify needs and facilitate maintenance, repair and upgrade of common areas & facilities, assist with Board and General Association meetings and manage a staff of approx. 30 employees. Requires the ability to interact directly with Board of Directors and homeowners to resolve complaints and disputes and ensure compliance with all By Laws and Rules and Regulations. Salary based on experience.

Pay: $33,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
