Job Summary:

The role of a Junior Sales Representative is 90% inside sales, 10% outside sales person who creates revenue by selling medical equipment and services to hospitals, clinics, and surgery centers within an assigned territory. Junior Sales Representative create long-term business partnerships between USOC Medical and the hospitals in his or her territory. This is done through both inside sales phone calls as well as on-site meetings at the biomedical offices in hospitals and at networking events such as trade shows or local society functions. The job encourages and requires the Junior Sales Representative to expand USOC Medical’s client base through calling on and converting leads to accounts and growing existing accounts by identifying additional needs. The role requires a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and a dynamic personality.

Job Tasks:

• Following a training and development schedule, gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
• Call 40-50 company-generated leads and or accounts daily; regularly follow-up with established contacts
• Assess customer needs though profiling questions and present solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and present quotes on products and services
• Develop and maintain partner relationships with new and existing customers
• Cross sell new products and services to existing customers
• Plan and execute hospital, clinic, and surgical center visits to facilities within assigned territory
• Represent USOC Medical at trade shows and other medical profession events

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills: prior sales experience not required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with customer representatives
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
