As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will have the first contact with our customers providing them with information about our products and the benefits of going solar. A solid Solar Sales Consultant introduces customers to tailor-made solar solutions and builds rapport with customers to ensure a great experience. The ideal candidate:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills

• A passion for solar energy and saving customers money

• Is strongly motivated by money

• A quick learner who can pick up sales best practices

• Is able to multitask while focusing on closing the sale

• Is able to comprehend basic analytics

• Has a positive outlook and intrinsic desire to achieve results

Responsibilities:

• No previous sales experience required

• Full-time availability preferred, However education is important to us, so we also have positions for college students who are looking for a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.

• Personable with exceptional presentation and communications skills

• Can exude confidence

• Coachable and Teachable

• A self-starter that works well independently and within a team environment

• Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems

• Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs

• Generating leads for new accounts

Our positions offer:

Excellent pay and stability - $65,000 to $250,000/year. Additional Guaranteed Base Pay (not based on sales.) Our commission structure is top-tier. We also provide non-commission pay, which means our people are always paid for their work.
