Full description of the position

Classic Industries, the leader in the automotive restoration parts and accessories industry, has immediate openings for Call Center Representatives to join our in-bound call center customer service team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing an order
• Assist customers with after sales support such as tracking packages, return authorizations, etc.

• Effective communication, listening, and telephone skills

Training:

• All candidates will experience a comprehensive, paid seven-day paid training program in a comfortable and professional environment, so they will be fully prepared to provide our customers with excellent service.

Pay:

• $44,000 - $47,000 annually
• Pay based upon job skills and work experience
• Annual wages are based on a combination of hourly and overtime wages.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Every other Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm

Preferred experience, but not required:

• Call Center: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year
