We are seeking an energetic, creative, professional, Inside Sales Representative interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative with ABC Parts International, Inc., you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:
- Call first-time customers after the delivery of their first order for feedback.
- Interact with field salesmen, and note customers' accounts on any feedback provided by the salesmen.
- Communicate with customers and assist in placing web orders.
- Review reports of accounts with declining sales, call customers for feedback, and report and resolve customer issues with the respective member of management.
- Meet with upper-level members of management to review progress on new & current customers.
- Call new customers on all company expansion projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive body parts is preferred.
- Outgoing, energetic, goal-oriented personality.
- Pleasant, professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask.
- Superior organizational skills and follows up without having to be told.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook).
