We are looking for the VERY BEST OF THE BEST, top performers who are highly ethical for in-homes sales. We are one of the largest and fastest-growing solar and roofing companies in Florida.

As a Territory Manager, you will run 1-3 preset qualified appointments daily in customers' homes in an assigned territory.

Consider this opportunity if you have...

• Experience, confidence, and/or top performing sales credentials
• Sold Timeshares, Real Estate, Insurance, Mortgages, Water Softeners, and/or Windows,
• Worked or are currently employed as a Server, Bartender, and/or Guest Service Agent
• Reliable Vehicle that you can use for work
• Can work 4 out of 5 days (early evenings) during the week and every Saturday morning/early afternoon
• Willingness to work in a Performance based Compensation plan

We're looking for money makers only. Roof and solar sales experience is a plus

• Our sales reps make 100k to 250k per year and we can prove it!

• Our appointments have a 99% sit rate!

If you can CLOSE DEALS, you will make a LOT of money.... If you can't you won't

Requirements:

• Capable of working from a home office
• Reside in either the Palm Coast, St Augustine, and/or Flagler County area

• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience

• Manage accounts from an initial consultation to installation

• Participate in weekly sales meetings

• Participate in continuous training opportunities

• Gather referrals from clients

• Maintain sales process and communication through CRM Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales

• Optimistic by nature

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Hard working and persistent

• Flexible schedule

• Able to perform with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,137.00 - $123,265.00 per year
