Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
• Develop insurance quotes, potential customer follow ups, and close sales
• Educate clients on the insurance policies and coverages that best suit their needs
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including life and financial products
• Stay organized and follow up with your customers as needed as well as take occasional service calls for policies already in force

Requirements

• Currently hold or willing to get a Property & Casualty License
• Successful sales background
• Works well independently as well as with other employees
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Driven and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
