LHH is partnering with a company in High Point that is searching for a Customer Service Rep./Account Manager to join their growing team. This position will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be direct hire with benefits paying $40-45k depending on experience. True B2B Customer Service experience is required to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Input new customers orders into Oracle and verify details
• Track order through internal departments (shipping/receiving, inventory, purchasing, etc.)
• Provide customers with specific updates to their orders and input any changes to order into Oracle as necessary
• Communicate with outside partners to get product to customer.
• Process any claims for defective or damaged product
• Process invoices once product has been delivered.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior B2B customer service experience handling the entire lifecycle of a customer order
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to collaborate with team and prioritize customer needs
• Proficiency in Excel required, Oracle experience is a plus
