Inside Sales Specialist

Under minimal supervision, support representative accounts. Being the first point of contact for their respective customer accounts. Working with multifunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role would support our thermal spray facility.

Location: Houston, TX

Your Challenge:

• Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner.
• Works with multifunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handles and resolves customer calls, escalates as necessary
• Inputs orders into the ERP, and provides quotes
• Ability to develop strong and trust worthy relationships with their assigned customer groups

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree
• 1-2 years working in a customer service capacity within a manufacturing/industrial environment
• ERP experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
