Jason Hsu Insurance Agency of Chino Hills CA is hiring for an Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our team! Ideal candidates will be bilingual in Chinese Mandarin & English. We welcome candidates from the Mortgage Loan and Hospitality Industries to apply!

Qualifications for the Bilingual Insurance Sales & Service Representative/Agent:

• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin & English Spanish is required
• Property & Casualty license is preferred, will eventually need to obtain
• Cantonese speaking is a plus
• At least 1 year of Sales or Customer Service is a plus
• Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
• Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills in-person and online
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
• Experienced phone etiquette in Chinese Mandarin

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Insurance Sales & Service Representative/Agent:

• Marketing: plan marketing events and strategic growth projects
• Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms
• Quoting: You'll learn to be the architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices
• Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance
• Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients
• Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
