This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission. Anticipated first-year earnings between $75-85,000.

Duties:

• Complete pre-scheduled sales appointments in the customer's home, virtually or in our showroom.
• Listen to the customers' needs and present a customized product package.
• Present pricing and close the sale while providing the best experience possible for our customers.
• Check feasibility in the customers' dwelling space.
• Schedule installation team to complete project once the sale has been closed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 
  One (1) year of sales experience, in-home sales experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of home improvement industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Must be fast-paced, organized with great attention to quality and detail
• Able to climb onto Roofs and into Attics to assess feasibility of installation(s)
