As a Senior Logistics Consultant, you will execute full sales lifecycle processes from pre-work, detailed discovery conversations, and informative meetings in order to evoke the needs of prospects and perform as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience directly selling Ocean, Air, and/or Trucking services
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
• Solid understanding of territory and market opportunities
• High emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and hunter mentality
• Ability to travel (locally) to meet with clients
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking (cold calling, electronic media, seminars, trade shows, in person presentations, etc)
• Meet monthly revenue quotas given by Sales management team (based on salary)
• Present OEC Group's services: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage
• Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local market
• Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices

Salary:

• $50,000 - $80,000 base salary dependent on relevant industry and sales experience
• Uncapped commissions
