Department: Sales – On Premises/Food Service Job Status: Full Time
FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: President
Job Type: Non-Union Amount of Travel Required: Minimal
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Positions Supervised: Service Technicians
POSITION SUMMARY
Detail oriented individual with excellent written, verbal communication & organizational skills. Able to manage service staff, equipment inventory, equipment investment and service-related customer communications. Partner closely with foodservice sales team and office support team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Manage service technician staff- Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages.
- Dispatching technicians on all islands.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work, ordering office supplies.
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
- Maintain customer equipment inventory.
- Maintain equipment inventory for sales.
- Ordering and maintaining equipment and parts inventory.
- Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability.
- Assist with field work as needed.
- Assist with in-shop repairs as needed.
- Perform customer satisfaction surveys through phone and email.
- Manage customer invoicing and payments in partnership with finance

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: 5 + Years of experience in office environment
Relevant experience preferred
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft
Office applications and routing software
Language: Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills.
Other: Must have valid driver’s license and good driving abstract.
