Now Hiring - Sales/Customer Service in Mission, KS

Windtrax, Inc. "The Carwash Store" is now hiring Retail Counter and Catalog Sales team members. Our sales team members are responsible for providing our retail and catalog customers with the highest level of service. They also support management in the accomplishment of all assigned tasks, including maintaining inventory control, store appearance, and customer relations.

Essential Job Functions:

· Greet and advise customers in selection of products and their uses in person and by phone.

· Must have technical aptitude and understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical processes

· Assist with inventory management through accurate order processing.

· Perform value added services, i.e. assist in troubleshooting customer carwash problems and suggesting solutions.

· Handle cash and credit card transactions.

Qualifications:

· Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service

· Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences

· Must be able to multitask and complete required follow up tasks.

· Familiarity with car washes, cataloging, and parts sales or service is desired but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
