We are growing and looking to add a Full* Time Site Manager* to our team in Northfield, MN!
Position Overview
Lloyd Management is seeking a qualified professional that is self-motivated, friendly and detail oriented to manage Spring Creek in Northfield! As part of our team, this position will focus on leasing units and completing the certification process for each applicant to determine eligibility. In addition to compliance and leasing, this professional will assist in the management of resident issues, help oversee and maintain the properties' physical condition.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments
• Interview residents to help predetermine qualification
• Communicate with Compliance department to generate relevant documents
• Process affordable housing applications/certifications
• Assist with rent collection and delinquencies
• Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
• Day-to-day resident relations and correspondence
• Achieve resident retention via community engagement and activities
• Help maintain the physical condition of the property as needed
• Day travel to additional properties as needed
• Submit various monthly/annual reports
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and perform tasks in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other miscellaneous tasks

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Knowledge of property management a bonus
• Training provided as needed!

Requirements

• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
