The Call Center Agent is responsible for reaching out to customers and scheduling appointments to visit with the finance team at the dealership their assigned. Agents are also responsible for the promotion of the clients products to consumers. Agents are vital members of the dynamic BDC team here at Do Not Stop Enterprises, whose foundation is built on teamwork, integrity, accountability and enthusiasm. This position requires exercising independent judgement to perform the responsibilities described herein.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

• Self-Starter, motivated, team focused, and result driven.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding corporate sales goals as well as strong sales negotiation techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
