Title: Leasing Agent

Job Requirements: 40 Hours / Week; Office Setting

Description: ShipRock is looking for a highly motivated employee with excellent communication skills, who is an energetic self starter; to fulfill a leasing agent role. With a young and aggressive outlook on business, we are looking to find a good match for our office culture.

Specific Functions: showing vacant and occupied rental units, communicating information regarding vacant rental units, scheduling and setting up showings, updating website marketing, following up with perspective tenants, monitoring showing traffic. Answering inbound phone calls, responding to emails regarding vacant and occupied units. This position may be modified from time to time, and such other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

Needed Skills: Strong communication skills (both phone & in person), basic use on Microsoft Office Software, Internet Savvy, Excellent organization skills, Ability to learn quickly, Computer skills and learn how to use a management database) 1 -2 years office experience preferred. Reliable Transportation, Cell Phone and clean background are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
