Skyline Designs Roofing & Restoration LLC is growing in the Houston area and we are looking for highly motivated and self-driven people who want to maximize their income! No experience necessary, as we will train whoever we feel is a good fit to the team. Current Roofing Sales Associates are making over $7k+ each month!

Work outdoors – independent - create your own schedule!

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills
• Must be able to sell and close contracts
• Must be energetic, social, and have great people skills
• Must be a self starter
• Must be comfortable with commission-only based earnings
• Must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof and perform inspection - (must not be scared of heights!)
• Must have own reliable vehicle with valid insurance and driver's license
• Must have good time management and the ability to prioritize your time
• Must own a smartphone, be familiar with electronic tablets and possess basic web literacy

Duties expected:

• Canvas/door knock targeted areas for potential customers
• Attend lead appointments
• Inspect properties and document damage as seen
• Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and provide assistance
• Meet with the field adjuster from the insurance carrier
• Supply company generated quotes to retail customers
• Manage the roofing project

Available compensation:
We offer the best commission split in the industry, starting at 30% and working towards 50%.
