There are tremendous growth opportunities as school security has become a #1 priority for schools nationwide. We help protect children in schools across the country and worldwide.

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our team to develop new administrator relationships, identify their unique challenges, and secure new opportunities with K-12 organizations. The role combines prospecting, consulting, strategic thinking, marketing and team collaboration.

**Responsible for all cold-calling/developing new business leads. Candidate must be comfortable with cold-calling

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development efforts, including research, calling, and emailing
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing 80+ calls per day
• Enter information into computers.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
• Explain products or services in detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
