Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Business Development Center Supervisor. We have an excellent management team and are family owned and operated. Our employee support is unmatched.

In this role, you would supervise a team of service BDC agents, handle incoming customers request and set appointments, and make outbound calls to follow up on Service Experience. You will be responsible for a team of Call Center Reps that are handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments for our workshops.

Needed Experience:

• Prior Automotive BDC experience or Call Center Management experience required
• High volume outbound call experience is a must
• Handle Incoming calls
• 5-day work week
• Saturdays required and some Sundays
