Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide the optimum combination of hardware, software to meet complex customer needs
• Provide specific solutions/technology/product/technical and sales support to all sales team members
• With BDM team, travel to customer sites presenting Proof of Concepts; contribute in the design, planning, and implementation and training on EnGenius solutions
• Assist Sales team in the design, planning, and implementation of EnGenius solutions
• Provide consultative support for Pre-sales/Post-sales, Partners, and Customers on EnGenius solutions
• Play a role in the development of the bid, proposal, and presentation of the solution to the prospect
• Possess career competitive knowledge including solution, technology, and product offerings.
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staffs and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide educational training on leading edge technologies and EnGenius products to Sales & Support teams
• Document Technical Support procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences & instructions

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree - Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar discipline
• 5+ years’ work in Data/Voice Networking or related discipline
• Certified Wireless Network Associate (CWNA) certification or similar, e.g. Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA)
• RF physics background and training
• Work experience in wireless telephony, Wi-Fi, networking deployments
• At least one advanced vendor neutral wireless certification (e.g. CWDP, CWSP, CWAP), on the path to achievement of Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
