We are New Jersey’s fastest growing staffing firm and are hiring inside sales professionalsto join our winning team. We are seeking goal driven, team players who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

As an inside sales professional at Elgen Staffing, most of your day will be spent making outbound phone calls and qualifying prospects and candidates. Your end goal will be to sign up new customers that we will begin staffing for.

Responsibilities:

• Make 55-75 outbound calls daily
• Maintain accurate and organized lead list
• Embrace company culture, values and policies
• Clearly articulate the value of Elgen Staffing on each phone call

What we're looking for:

• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Prior sales/marketing experience
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
• Social media savvy
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
• Results driven
• Hard Working/Hungry for success

Pay: $40,513.78 - $55,000.00 per year
