Essential Job Functions:

• Primary focus is maintaining the relationships of new and existing dealerships.
• Receives and processes requests for sales orders, modifications, cancellations, invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
• Receive and respond to customer complaints.
• Verify the information on the sales order sheets, cross reference the customer preference book, and check for additional customer preferences.
• Verify Green sheets have correct product type, addresses, all line items match the invoice and pick ticket, and verify signatures of salesman.
• File and scan copies of orders received, post orders on records, and additional order documents such as sketches by customers, internal drawings, etc.
• Maintains files of active orders and updates with changes.
• Assign the serial number for the product.
• Print or oversee the printing of tags.
• Participate in Boat Shows as required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• General knowledge of boating, docks, marine products, and boatlifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books, and ability to learn new database and ordering systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative nature on top of the technical; think outside the box.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Three years minimum relevant sales and customer service experience

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
