Position Summary:
Life insurance agent is needed for an insurance agency in The Plains, Ohio. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing a calendar, organizing files, data entry, assisting customers/subscribers, managing active accounts, product sales, and assisting the agent in the office with other tasks as needed. Applicants must be licensed to sell Life insurance. This person must employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients – an established personal network is strongly preferred as this will establish the foundation for success for a new hire.

This is a temporary-to-direct, part-time position starting in March 2023. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position could be an opportunity for a hybrid schedule if hired on directly after 90 days. The pay rate for this position is $12.50/hour.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to sell Life insurance.
• An associate degree is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, customer service and entrepreneurial minded.
• Comfortable with computers, proficient with Microsoft programs.

Pay: $12.50 per hour
