The Junior Account Manager will work along with the Senior Account Manager to ensure our DSD clinics are thriving, implementing workflows, and utilizing our design services. . We need someone who is friendly, high-energy, high level of emotional and social intelligence, hungry to succeed, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Tasks:
The Junior Account Manager will be the right hand and support of the Senior Account Manager for our DSD Clinic accounts in the Americas, be directly responsible for the activation of benefits for the accounts, and will be the second point person for client communication. They ensure the delivery of remarkable digital marketing, paid media campaigns, and design projects that grow their client’s business.
The key to being successful in this position is to be practical, well organized and have the ability of juggling a variety of tasks, ensuring the client’s needs are met while delivering the DSD experience and expected results. A DSD Junior Account Manager needs to be confident and comfortable communicating with our clients and assisting them, if required, with the digital marketing media we provide.
● Manage multiple clients.
● Establish strong relationships with each of your clients.
● Attend new client kick-off meetings in conjunction with our team.
● Support the Account Manager in identifying clients needs and offering the proper product/service to meet their needs.
● Ensure your clients are highly satisfied as reflected in a positive Net Promoter Score.
● Work in conjunction with a Project Manager assigned to your clients to ensure all work is delivered on time and according to expectations.
● Identify trends across client accounts in order to identify opportunities, address problems ahead of time and avoid recurring issues.
● Play a supportive role in the shaping and continual development of our digital marketing products and services.
● Work with the creative team to ensure your clients' messaging is delivered in consistently innovative and engaging ways.
● Assist with the onboarding of new DSD Clinics
● Support client retention
● Travel may be required
Requirements:
The best Junior Account Manager should possess the following key traits and attributes:
● You will have at least 2 years of experience in junior account management and are looking for a way to develop your career further.
● Experience working in the dental field.
● You are an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is able to positively develop client relationships whilst also managing client expectations.
● You have excellent communication and personal organization skills, self-motivation, calmness under pressure and the ability to respond well when things don’t go 100% to plan.
● You are practical, reliable, self-disciplined and efficient. Adept at turning ideas into actions and organizing work that needs to be done. Your confidence and maturity should be clear through your ability to clarify details of work, search out errors and take a conscientious approach to perfect work both you and others send to clients.
● The ability to think outside of the box and deliver creative solutions to client issues or needs
● Relevant marketing experience delivering inbound marketing campaigns with a variety of digital marketing deliverables for the dental industry.
● Experience working with HubSpot is preferred.
● Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meets deadlines and exceed expectations.
● Degree in Business preferred.
Desirable:
Any other language besides English will be highly appreciated.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
