Amurcon Realty is seeking a Manager who is knowledgeable in Section 8 and Tax Credit Housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned property
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/re-certifications with tenants in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and manage operating expenses
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance including unit inspections

• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Update job and market knowledge

Skills

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management including LIHTC & HUD requirements/guidelines
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Team Leader
• Excellent Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
