Ludlow Composites Corporation is a 80-year old leading manufacturer of PVC and latex foam products serving a variety of different markets.

This position is intended to be the “fast-track” to a territory sales manager role in which the employee will be given a manufacturer’s rep group to lead in growing our business in a specified territory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn procedures and systems to accurately and efficiently enter sales orders and backup customer service department during absences, vacations, etc.
• Support territory sales managers, regional sales managers, national sales manager, and national account managers with sample orders, quotations, and other tasks to grow business.
• Reach out to qualified leads to initiate, promote, and secure relationships as well as communicate Crown’s value proposition as a leading matting manufacturer.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of CRM program through assistance in system and customer setup, updating attributes, and populating new information.
• Support marketing team in the development of tools for distributors and end-users.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree (required) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• B2B Sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems: CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary is commensurate with experience. The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package. Background check and drug test required.
