Now Hiring - Leasing Consultant in Clarkston, MI

Established Property Management Company is looking to hire immediately.Seeking a Leasing Consultant who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Apartment Tax Credit Community located in Clarkston, MI.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

· Lease apartments to prospective residents

· Process Applications for Leases

· Prepare leases and complete lease signings

· Answer phones, provide customer service to residents

· Assist Property Manager as needed

· Applicant must be highly motivated, organized, energetic and be able to provide excellent customer service.

· This is a full-time position including some Saturdays.

· Computer knowledge is necessary. Knowledge of Property Management software programs is a plus.
