Fast -growing automotive group seeks full-time and part-time Business Development Coordinators to staff a Customer Relation Center. Duties include handling inbound phone calls/internet leads and contacting existing customer base by phone, mail and email to maintain and increase customer loyalty as well as set appointments for customers to come in. Applicant must possess the following skills:

• Minimum two years direct Customer Service experience recommended but not required.

• Must be able to work flexible hours.

• Sucessful telephone skills.

• Basic computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc).

Compensation includes competitive hourly rate plus bonus and benefits.
