Full description of the position

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan in line to achieve sales goals
• Build relationships and work closely with buying team and marketing team to grow business and future opportunities.
• Working with merchant team and production team about product assortment and pricing to execute customized program
• Manage product assortment, ordering, shipping and all operation.
• Work directly with management team to act as the key contact for setting up the account protocol
• Ensure customer’s/partner’s satisfaction is fulfilled. Handle and resolve any product or service problems related to assigned accounts .

Job Experience/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Merchandising or marketing
• 2-3 years of retail, wholesale or ecommerce experience is required
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong project and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize individual tasks and work flow in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills that include a positive attitude, exceptional responsiveness and a customer focused approach
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to act with purpose and urgency
• Experience in wholesale , Ecommerce in Home industry will be plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
