Job Summary
Full-time position as service support for Outside Sales Reps Coordinator acts as a liaison between customers, salesmen, service and accounting. Duties include job quotes, ordering material, tracking orders, scheduling service and supporting all aspects the sales process to ensure the timely delivery of our products and services for our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties
1 Calculates material needs based on information provided by the customer and measurements taken by the salesman.
2. Calculate labor cost and produce customer quote.
3. Enter purchase orders for required job materials.
4. Checks stock inventory for required items and reserves material if necessary.
5. Confirms the availability of materials after they have been ordered and notes the estimated delivery dates.
6. Schedule install work based on estimated arrival date of materials, existing service schedule and the customer’s availability.
7. Assist customers in the design center if the Outside Salesman is not onsite or not available.
8. Effectively communicates with diverse levels of customers, vendors and associates.
9. Works as part of a team to resolve issues or road blocks that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Total attention to detail.
2. Must multitask at a high output level. The majority of the work is deadline oriented.
2. Friendly, engaging and customer service oriented.
3. Proficient in Microsoft office.
4. Must be very tech savvy and extremely quick to learn new computer applications.
4. Proficient knowledge of flooring products and how they are ordered. (Preferred)
5. Knowledge in RFMS software. (Preferred)
