We are looking for highly energetic full and part time retail associates to join our team.

A Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Service as per company standard, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards.

Essential Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

1. Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of service.

2. Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.

3. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

4. Assist in processing and restocking merchandise.

5. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signage, pricing, and loss prevention.

6. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions.

7. Communicate Guest requests to management.

8. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Physical Requirements: (Lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)

1. Ability to communicate with associates and guests.

2. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.

3. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

4. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.

5. Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock.

6. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.

7. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates

Essential Qualifications:

1. Previous retail or customer service experience.

2. Ability to read and interpret documents such as company manual.

3. Ability to interact with customers. Strong communication skills are a must.

4. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

5. Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
