Full description of the position

Eaton Senior Communities is seeking a qualified Leasing Manager to join our team. Must love working with seniors and be willing to embrace our core values of team work, community, respect, integrity and professionalism. Must exhibit exceptional customer service.

The Leasing Manager will be the vital link to bringing prospects through the move in process to achieve optimum level of occupancy for The Residences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in conjunction with the Director of Community Development an occupancy/marketing plan.
  • Monitor and respond to telephone, mail and web site inquiries to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Respond to inquires and maintain and monitor a tracking system for wait list.
  • Schedule and conduct community tours with prospective residents and family members when required.
  • Meeting or exceeding occupancy rates and facilitating the move in and re-certification process.
  • The primary responsibilities include maintaining a fair and equitable leasing process that ensures proper procedures and documentation of tenant eligibility, compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and linking residents to internal and external community resources to support aging well.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
  • Must have a minimum of three years experience in the field of senior housing and services.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of HUD/ CHFA regulations, as well as any other local, state and federal regulations that may pertain to the facility.
  • At least three (3) years of strong experience in leasing. Must pass background check paid for by company.
